Dennis Property Management has been serving buyers, sellers, investors, landlords and tenants in the Tampa Bay real estate market since 1973. We manage homes all across Tampa Bay, including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando Counties in some of the most desirable communities throughout the region. Since then, we have expanded our property management services to include a special division within our company that exclusively works to lease and manage single-family homes, condos, duplexes, triplexes and small apartment complexes with qualified and certified property managers and a full-time staff to provide support and excellent service to both our landlords and tenants.
