Tenant will get to appreciate the amenities of the beach community, which include a private beach, and public dock for swimming and fishing access. Credit, criminal background check, and past eviction check required. First and last months rent required, as well as a security deposit.
-Tenant will get to enjoy all of the association amenities, which includes a private beach, public dock for swimming and fishing access to water.

-Washer and dryer are provided, but are as is. Repairs are at Tenant's expense and will not be replaced.
-The association takes care of mowing, but Tenant will be responsible for snow/ice removal.

-Water/sewer costs are the responsibility of the Tenant (Bills are issued and collected twice a year; May and November)
-A full tank of oil is provided at the start of the lease. Tenant is responsible for leaving a full tank of oil at the end of the Lease period.
