In the basement, there is a washer and dryer room, another rec room and a 1/2 bathroom and a patio under the deck. Out front is a garage, but no cars get parked in the garage. We are looking for somebody who doesn't mind taking their shoes off, who cleans up after themselves, is on time with the rent, and is willing to sign a 6-month lease. May renew at end -but at least 6 months with half of the $1,400 for security deposit,and will split utilities with the other renter or if you want the whole house ,you pay for the utilities. It also has a community pool with a community gym. No pets -sorry we've just had a lot of different problems that involved pets.
