I am looking for someone (or a couple) to rent a private master bedroom with included private en-suite bathroom. The bedroom is ~160 sq ft, approximately 12x13.
The place is a 3bd/3ba house in a quiet, equestrian area of Poway. You would have full use of the common areas, including living room, kitchen, laundry room, and the backyard.
The kitchen has all modern, stainless steel appliances. The house has central A/C and solar panels.
Utilities are split evenly, aside from water which the owner pays for. Lease term flexible.
I am a single, straight male in my early 30's. I am a full-time working professional and student. The atmosphere is pretty laid back, healthy, and easygoing. I have one dog, Holly. She is 30-35 pounds and very friendly.
