This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment home on the first floor will be available in early March. 
Initial lease terms are 12 months with short term leases available for an additional fee. 
Residents pay Electric and Gas through MidAmerican Energy; and Water/Sewer through the City of Bondurant in addition to their rent. 
A stackable washer and dryer set is included in every apartment home as well as individual water heaters and central heat/air conditioning. 
No more than 2 cats per apartment home. Initial pet fee ($200 for first pet, $100 for the second) and monthly pet rent ($30/mo. per pet) apply. Sorry, our pet policy does not allow dogs at this location. 
There is a New Lease Administrative Fee of $70 applied to each approved household to be paid at or before move in.
