Our gorgeous house has a large welcoming backyard with a BBQ, perfect for hosting events or laying out in the sun! We are located half a block away from Balboa St, which is full of restaurants, cafes and bars, while the closest grocery store is a 4-minute walk away. If you're a beach person, you'll enjoy being able to reach the beach within 10 minutes, while the abundance of public transportation enables a speedy journey to other districts of SF.

There is an additional $250 monthly membership fee that covers the following:

- A Supply of Snacks, Drinks and Staple Food Items

- Bi-weekly Maid Service
