We currently are looking for a housemate or couple for the master bedroom in our newly remodeled house (6 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms). Our home is beautifully furnished and decorated with everything but your towels, and there is a large kitchen, living room and backyard with epic views of San Francisco! 
We are a 5-minute walk from Roxie Market & Deli and within a 10-minute walk from tons of restaurants, shops, cafes and bars on Irving St! UCSF is a 15-minute walk away. You can conveniently reach the Financial District is roughly 30-minutes via the 9th Ave and Noriega St (6 Line) or Judah St and 12th Ave (N Line).
Furnished Master Available For Move-In ASAP:
$2,050 Base Rent For Furnished Room With Queen Bed and Stellar Views
There is an additional $250 monthly membership fee that covers the following: 
- All Utilities (Electricity & Gas, Water, Internet, Cable, Trash)
- Bi-weekly house cleaning 
- House necessities like paper towels, soap, toilet paper and dishwasher detergent
- Basic food staples like bread and milk and a healthy dose of house snacks 
- Access to monthly events (i.e. picnics, karaoke, sporting event tickets!)
