This magnificent piece of property is located in a safe yet resourced part of the city, with Trader Joe's, Target, Kaiser and the UCSF Medical Center to name a few highlights. Located on the border of Lower Pacific Heights and NOPA, the neighborhood boasts an abundance of restaurants, bars, clubs, cafes and gyms and workout studios. Easily access any district of SF via the local public transportation.

-2 Furnished Bedrooms Starting at a $1,700 Base Rent

There is an additional $250 monthly membership fee that covers the following: 
- All Furniture Rental Costs for the Common Areas and Bedrooms
- All Utilities (Electricity & Gas, Water, Internet, Cable, Trash)
- Bi-Weekly Maid Service
- Unlimited Household Necessities (i.e. Toilet Paper, Hand Soap and Laundry Detergent)
- A Supply of Snacks, Drinks and Staple Food Items
- Housemate Matching 
- Access to Monthly Community Events (Yoga, Karaoke, Picnics, Day Trip Excursions)

We are looking for a motivated and mature individual who enjoys living with others. You value maintaining a clean and orderly common space and being considerate to your housemates. We are unfortunately not accepting pets, however we will consider couples for one of the master bedrooms or the studio.
