- Unlimited Amounts of Household Necessities (i.e. toilet paper, hand and dish soap, laundry detergent)
- Housemate Matching
- A Supply of Snacks, Drinks and Staple Food Items
- Access to Monthly Community Events (Yoga, Karaoke, Picnics, Excursions)
 
Preference for applicants with good credit, seeking 1-year leases.
