Within three years the portfolio became a self-sustaining rental portfolio with positive cash flow. Each year, through innovative ideas and a careful study of the market, the portfolio maintained an average of less than 1% vacancy rate while maintaining maximum market rents at all times. This afforded me extensive experience working directly with investor owners to reach their portfolio goals and meet their expectations of having their real estate investments bring in revenue, while avoiding depreciation through proper preventative care and maintenance.
