The Master bedroom has its own view of the lake and golf course, and is outfitted with a king size, hotel-quality mattress, 50” 4K Smart TV, two walk-in closets and an en-suite bath complete with quartz counter tops and a large walk-in tiled shower. The Guest bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, nightstands and a separate dresser to store your personal belongings. (A roll-away bed is also on hand for that extra 5th guest.) Need a tub? The second full bath (next to the guest bedroom) has a tub/shower combo, and includes the very convenient in-unit, full sized washer and dryer set.
There will be a transfer fee of $642.00 if the guests want to have all the amenities transferred which will include a golf membership to you, for the entire length of their stay. 
There is a charge per round per person of $75 for 18 holes and $45 for
 9 holes each time you want to play.
