Arbor Property Management, Inc. was founded in 1991. Since then, we have concentrated on providing exceptional third-party apartment management services for a wide variety of clients. We have maintained long-term relationships with our clients over the years, helping them achieve their investment return goals. Using a wide range of marketing programs, we have been able to achieve consistent occupancy at optimal rent levels in various multifamily markets. With several team members certified in bond and tax credit programs, we have provided excellent compliance records for bond properties over the years while able to provide rent levels to properly sustain these properties. Arbor has been particularly successful in overseeing properties in student markets, achieving excellent renewals and top rents in each market. In addition to our management services, we aid clients in the selection and analysis of new properties for purchase, resolve all insurance claims, complete all repairs necessary after a loss, update aged properties to compete in today’s market, and provide the support needed to facilitate the eventual sale of a client’s property. With Arbor’s resident engineer, Randy Werhane, we are able to diagnose and resolve many building physical and drainage problems in-house that would otherwise have to be done by an outside contractor at higher cost. We also offer a master insurance program that owners can elect to utilize to insure their properties at bulk rate discounts.
