We are a married couple in the house with our new born. We stay on the top floor. We have 1 tenant for a short lease.
We are musicians and have a music studio in the house that we use often. We will be respectful & prevent playing music too loud.
We love our home to stay clean at all times, especially the kitchen and the bathroom area.
Privacy is a must! You may bring a guest, and can only stay 1-2 nights per month, with prior notice.
We have cameras inside and outside our home for our safety, FYI!
No illegal drugs inside our home. You can smoke ONLY outside
ALL Utilities are INCLUDED in the price! More house rules in the lease agreement, please read it thoroughly.
