Clarity Property Management is the vision of owner, Michael Williamson. Being a rental property owner himself, he saw a need for a more modern and technologically advanced property management company in his hometown of Cleveland, TN with the help of friend and experienced property manager, Teletha Epperson, Clarity Property Management has put into place a system that allows tenants, owners, and workers to do virtually every aspect of the renting and managing process online, all while still getting personal customer service from our staff.
