One of 14 new-construction homes situated between upper King Street and Rutledge Avenue, this three story 1,476 square foot house offers 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a third-floor loft space, that has a twin day bed, that could be used as an office, workout space, or sitting area. 
There are bamboo hardwood floors throughout the home. The open kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel BOSCH appliances, white quartz countertops, and white soft-close cabinets, leads to an enormous tin roof screened porch which overlooks the neighborhood's largest fenced-in yard. The back yard features seating around a brick fire pit.
Both bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with a large walk-in closet with built-ins. The master bath ensuite provides a tile standup shower with plenty of counter space. The guest bedroom also features a king-sized bed with a walk in closet for all your storage needs! Washer and dryer are stacked on the 2nd floor for your convenience. The 3rd floor of the home can be used as additional sleeping with the built-in twin day bed, or perfect for all your work from home needs.
The home's main attraction is the third-floor ROOFTOP DECK that offers VIEWS of the quiet neighborhood, the Holy City. 
- Dogs can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee. Must be approved by homeowner.
- In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $425 upon signing the lease agreement.

Other Things To Note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
