-600sf beautiful deck space & outdoor shower (shared with tiny house guests, typically 1-2 people)
-Dedicated driveway parking 
-Living room, kitchen, and outdoor spaces are shared with all guests. You will be the only person living here full time, other guests will be short term

-1 year lease, then month to month with a 60 day notice to move out, background and credit check required
-$1000 a month includes all utilities, toilet paper, 2 common area cleanings monthly, lawn mowing, garbage bags & paper towels
