The 2nd floor has 2 super spacious bedrooms and a full bath. Both bedrooms have closets, and closet space on first floor as well. A full size bath completes the 2nd floor.

This unit also comes with a washer/dryer hookup in unit. You don't have to lug to common area coined laundry, or the local laundromat. Just bring your washer and dryer and plug it in. 
Off street parking we got you covered. Large parking lot for easy access to your townhouse. This unit also has a private balcony off the kitchen. Sit outside with your new book, and enjoy your wooded retreat.
Do you have pets? This is the perfect location to walk them. We have fantastic walking trails. Pets are additional security deposit of $300. This fee is refundable upon leaving. Rent charge is $25 per month, per pet. We love them as much as you do! Come take them for long walks, on our walking trails, on property.
