Huntington Apartment Homes was founded in 2010 to acquire and manage multifamily complexes in the metro Atlanta area. We started our portfolio with two small properties in Carrollton, Georgia. Over the past decade we continued to grow our footprint outside the perimeter of Atlanta. We are a family owned company with a portfolio of 14 apartment complexes with 458 units. We invest our own capital, focusing on conventional market rate complexes. We manage our properties in house with our eight employees. Our mission at Huntington Apartment Homes is to deliver superior service and value for residents and team members.
