Jennings Group works with Property Owners who expect their rental houses, campus housing and apartments to be well maintained and occupied by residents who are well served. We manage a large portfolio with a wide variety of unit types and locations throughout Eugene, Springfield, and surrounding communities. Property types include everything from studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartment to large homes. Campus apartments and student housing catering to roommates is a focus of our attention.
