Cooperative Housing - This listing is for a 10 bedroom housing cooperative, which is a part of Madison Community Cooperative or MCC. Members work cooperatively with all those living in the house to complete house chores called "workjobs" and other tasks to keep the house functioning. Members are also a part of the decision that occurs within the house and MCC. Rent is inclusive of all utilities and internet access. Many of the houses also have a food share that is paid with rent. 
Interested applicants will apply through a membership process which includes a few meetings with the current house members.
