Maxima Property Management is a family owned company founded in 2014. Prior to Incorporating as Maxima, we managed our own properties since 2004. While self-managing for that decade plus, we met many frustrated owners and tenants with major complaints regarding their property managers. Property ownersmainly felt like they kept getting taken advantage of and in doing so never completely trusted the people they put in charge of their real estate property. The tenants were complaining that their concerns were not being addressed and in times of stress or emergency no representatives were there to answer for what was the needed. Having come to the realization that our level of service was far better than what others were receiving on the open market and available to the public, the idea of Maxima was born! It is our duty to treat all real estate property in our portfolio as it was our own. This mindset is what separates us from the competition. Our customer’s become part of our extended family and that is how we make them feel. It is out desire to manage properties with the goal for property owners to achieve their needs without feeling aggravated. It is our honest and hands on approach that makes us the best at what we do.
