This is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath town home - in a quiet, nestled neighborhood - just a short walk from downtown Waynesboro. Enter into the living room on the main floor where you will also find a half-bath followed by an eat-in kitchen (with a walk-out deck attached and a big pantry!). Head downstairs to access the garage and the washer/dryer hook ups. Tenants provide
their own washer and dryer. On the top floor, there are three bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a private, full bathroom (walk-in shower) and a walk-in closet. In the hallway, there is a linen closet and another full-bath with a shower tub.
Unit will have all new stainless steel appliances including a under the counter microwave.

There is $100 Lease processing fee due at signing of the lease. Monthly rent is $1600 a month. Security deposit of $1600 due at signing as well.
There is an additional $80 fee each month that covers lawn care, snow removal, and long-term building projects.
Income at least 3x the monthly rent
Employment and income verification
No landlord/tenant complaints or previous evictions
No unpaid car loans, phone bills, utility bills, etc.
No serious criminal history
PET POLICY
If pets are permitted in a property, the following are required:
Monthly Pet Fee of $50 Per Pet
Pet Fee of $500 (non-refundable)
Prohibited Dog Breeds:
Akita, Show, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Sharpei, Wolf Hybrid, Husky, German Shepherd
