This is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath town home - in a quiet, nestled neighborhood - just a short walk from downtown Waynesboro. Enter into a small foyer area adjacent to the ground level garage, with washer and dryer hookup at the end of the hall. Then, on the main floor, you'll find a half bathroom, large living room area, as well as an eat-in kitchen with a sliding door that leads to a backyard wooden deck. Head up to the third floor to find a master bedroom with its own private bathroom as well as another full bath in the hallway and two other bedrooms. 
$80/mo fee paid in addition to the rent that will cover the lawn care, snow removal, and complex/building improvement, upkeep, and repair.
Must submit an application and get pre-approved. Once Pre-approved you will be contacted to see the property and move forward with the process. All parties 18 and over that will be living at the property must submit and application.

Monthly Pet Fee of $50 Per Pet
Pet Fee of $500 (non-refundable)
