-Move in can be ASAP, and while I'm ideally looking for someone to sign a new one-year lease anytime between now and June, summer sublets work as well
-ALL utilities are included in the rent, washer/dryer are in unit, + living room is fully furnished as well
-The room has an exposed brick wall and large closet space, and the unit also has a balcony accessible from the other bedroom
-Furnishings for room include bed, desk/desk chair, small nightstands and mirror (but if you have your own furnishings, that's fine too!)
-Building features a courtyard with seating space and a gas grill, building also has a bike storage room + possibility of parking space availability
-Unit is rent controlled
I've been in the building the past 2+ years and have had only great experiences with the building management team. This would ideally be to sign a new one-year lease. 
Rents in the building normally go for about $100 more a month/is definitely cheaper than most other buildings in the same neighborhood.
