Utilities: Residents are responsible for their electric & internet bills. Management bills back monthly trash, ($25/mo) water/sewer, ($20-$60/mo) & gas ($10-$70/mo).
Pet Fees: Cats & dogs under 50lbs welcome, up to 2 per household. $40/mo per cat, $50/mo per dog in pet rent. Up front non refundable fees of $350 for one pet, $400 for two.
