If you have any Evictions in the last 7 years you will be Denied.
If you have any Felonies you will be Denied.
IF YOU ARE A SECTION 8 TENANT, when you get to the employer section, put Section 8 and voucher size as your employer and your address/info for employer info. You may also upload a copy of your voucher but this is optional.
