Price per month is as follows, June and July $3500, August through November $3000, June and July $3500, August through November $3000, December $3500, January $3800 and February and March $4250. April $3500, May $3000 cleaning fee is $250 booking fee $100 and taxes 12.5% of total. Electric, water, internet, and cable comes with the rental.
