This efficiency-style unit is fully private and features a comfortable king bed, creating a cozy space to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the area. The unit includes a small kitchenette equipped for light meals and snacks, along with a dining nook for casual dining. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy coastal breezes, birdwatching, and peaceful sunset views. The space is tastefully furnished and includes a Smart TV and a bright, coastal feel throughout.
Located on the second floor, the unit offers a screened-in porch, sun shade, and convenient access to nearby community amenities.
A short drive takes you over the bridge to Oak Island, where you’ll enjoy access to the private St. James Plantation Beach Club, featuring an oceanfront pool, restrooms, and a quiet private beach strand. (Please note: paid public parking on 72nd Street is required.)
Within St. James, guests are surrounded by scenic walking trails, nature preserves, a marina, playgrounds, dining options, and a library—plenty to enjoy without ever leaving the community. Travelers also have access to the Club Villas pool, transient marina docking with access to the Intracoastal Waterway, and the private Oak Island Beach Club. The waterfront restaurants and charming shops of historic Southport are just 5 minutes away.
Golf courses, walking trails, the marina, and community features are all close by. The Club Villas pool is typically open from May 1 through mid-October, making this an ideal getaway any time of year.
