Signature Sales & Management has been serving our clients for over a decade. Recognizing that although real estate investing can be financially rewarding, many landlords face challenges in managing these investments. Issues ranging from preparing a property for a tenant, screening of prospective applicants, collecting and disbursing rent, addressing maintenance issues, and responding to late night emergencies, can all be overwhelming. From our inception, our objective was to remove these burdens from landlords. To accomplish this purpose, Signature Sales & Management has sought to employ capable and well-trained staff, and continually evolve our processes to best serve our clients. Many of our agents have been in real estate for more than twenty years. Although we strive to maintain a client base that allows us to give individual attention, we have managed to serve more than one thousand landlords. Signature Sales & Management has offices in Corona, CA and offers services across three Southern California Counties: Riverside, San Bernardino and Orange County.
