Southeastern Management Group’s journey began in January of 1997. We had a feeling that Charleston was the perfect place to start managing property. We worked hard and learned as much as possible to earn success. All of our efforts paid off, and we started making a name for ourselves. Success in the Charleston property management industry opened up more avenues in the market. Being invested in the property management side of Charleston real estate gave us insight into the leasing business and taught us the right way to buy and sell investment properties. And along the way, we’ve built an outstanding team that makes everything happen.
