Duties include accepting rent, responding to and addressing maintenance issues, advertising vacancies for your property, and doing credit check (background checks) on tenants. We charge a percentage of the gross rent collected each month in exchange for the services we provide. We are able to manage construction, development, repair, and maintenance on a property. Our relations with tenants gives a face to the landlord and provides a buffer for those landlords desiring to be removed from the property management tasks.
