The parking area provided for this home will be inside and along the fence, right-hand side, as you drive in through the wrought iron gate. You will receive a remote for the gate entrance.

There is a party space further below on the corner of this property that is occasionally used and renters are offered a discount to rent it for get together or parties of their own; there is a strict policy of no music after 10pm.
