Indemnity: The landlord shall not be held liable for any penalties, fines, or consequences resulting from the tenants failure to comply with HOA regulations, including but not limited to parking violations, pool misuse, or yard maintenance negligence.
Inspection and Compliance: The landlord reserves the right to conduct periodic inspections to ensure compliance with the agreed-upon terms. Any necessary repairs or maintenance required due to negligence or non-compliance will be the responsibility of the tenants.
Termination: Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions, including but not limited to repeated violations of HOA rules, could result in the termination of the lease agreement.
