Hamilton Point Investments LLC (“HPI”) is a real estate private-equity investment company that owns and manages multifamily apartment properties. The firm, founded in 2010 by J. David Kelsey and Matthew A. Sharp, has over 240 employees and is headquartered in Old Lyme, CT.
The company has acquired over 22,000 apartment units for $2.1 billion. HPI invests through a series of real estate private-equity investment funds raised from individual accredited investors through a selling group of independent broker-dealers and registered investment advisors.

The properties owned by HPI and affiliated entities are managed by wholly-owned Hamilton Point Property Management LLC (“HPPM”). HPPM is responsible for cost-effective, efficient and institutional-quality property-level staffing, leasing, maintenance, contracting, marketing and reporting.
