Adaptive Realty is laser-focused on managing high-quality, boutique apartment buildings in interesting neighborhoods in Los Angeles. We believe in doing whatever it takes to create and maintain exceptional apartment buildings, because we know these buildings attract exceptional tenants who pay market-leading rents, respect their neighbors and their apartments, and stay longer. In other words, it’s a win-win. Founded in 2011 with no outside capital under management and approximately 32 apartments under management, Adaptive Realty currently manages more than $100MM in assets and 600 apartments.
