On the 2nd floor you will find a large bedroom with great natural light from the windows and a great work space desk. Our living/dining room has room for a table for 4 and a lounge area with TV. The kitchen has been updated. The bathroom has a historic claw-foot tub. Upstairs you will find a spacious 2nd bedroom, and a laundry room.

We have a small yard that is shared with our other neighbors in the building. It does have a small fence around it, but it is an old iron fence, and is not 100% escape proof for dogs.

We do not have any off-street parking at our apartment currently, but you are welcome to park on the street for free for up to 2 hours. For longer term parking, there is a parking garage just 0.3 mile walk from our apartment, and you can usually park for $10/day. It is easy to load and unload by parking on the street, and then park the car in the garage or other paid spots on the street near us for longer term.
