When Ryan Cooley brought the third-generation of O’Connor Real Estate and Development to a nearly abandoned stretch of Michigan Avenue in 2005, his mission was to help people buy homes they’re excited to live in and sell them when necessary, while positively contributing to the long-term growth of Detroit.
