• Each applicant must meet the following criteria: 600 or better credit score, no previous bankruptcies, and no previous derogatory rental history.
• Income for all applicants must be at least 3.5 times the rent and must be verifiable (pay stubs, LES, etc.)
• No HAPP or Section 8 is accepted.
