We are musicians and have a music studio in the house that we use often. We will be respectful & prevent playing music too loud late nights, and it's mostly on the weekends. We are looking for someone who wouldnt mind it..
We love our home to stay clean at all times, especially the kitchen and the bathroom.
Privacy is a must! You may bring a guest, with prior notice, for our safety.
We have cameras in our home for our safety.
No illegal drugs inside our home. You can smoke ONLY outside in backyard, clean up after yourself, otherwise no smoking.
ALL Utilities are INCLUDED in the price! More house rules in the lease agreement.
