Enter through the private entrance and you are greeted with beautiful softwood floors, exposed heart pine beams, and loads of natural light from the many windows. The open living room features is stylish and comfortable featuring plenty of seating on the large sectional sofa. Here you can relax, read, or catch up on your favorite shows! Just beyond the living room is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is a dream for chefs in your group looking to explore the bounty of flavors from the Lowcountry. You will find a 5-burner gas top stove, gorgeous countertops, a large refrigerator and all the essentials you will need to prepare a home cooked meal! Next to the appropriately pink kitchen island where you will find bar seating for two, is a lovely built-in bench breakfast nook with plush pillows.
The first of the two bedrooms are located on the first floor, along with 2.5 bathrooms complete with rain-head showers and a lovely mix of tile and or marbled stone counters. A half bathroom is nestled underneath the stairs for your convenience as well. Upstairs you will find the two additional bedrooms that share a large bathroom with a double vanity, and gorgeous tile shower. The street facing bedroom has access to it's own private porch! A hallway divides another large bedroom that also features a full kitchenette. This room has it's own private entrance and back porch, making it the perfect in-law suite or a great place for someone looking for added privacy!
Upon entering the property, you’ll notice the carefully manicured landscaping, which is perhaps best enjoyed from 2-tiered private porches complete with outdoor furniture, overhead fans, and double french doors that open to the common area. This makes it great for groups looking to spend time together &/or enjoy a meal.
Dogs can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee!
The Neighborhood - Cannonborough/Elliotborough:
The house is located in the heart of the charming and trendy Cannonborough/Elliotborough district of Downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston's classic charm. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Chubby Fish, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Goulette, R Kitchen and the Warehouse for drinks. Our guests and neighbors also rave about Brown's Court Bakery located nearby. We recommend going here for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and the delicious croissants and breakfast sandwiches. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores, and fashion boutiques – as well as buzzing restaurants.

fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.
Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost.
Day Passes are available at the following rates (pre-purchase only):
- Complimentary: Oct 15th - Apr 14th
- Additional Cost: Apr 15th - Oct 14th
- $30 per person: Sunday through Friday
- $50 per person: Saturdays

Any group exceeding 6 or more guests must be approved separately by contacting the Wonderer directly. If using the Pool area, it is required that parties of 6+ rent a Cabana.
All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club and must consent (in writing) to the Club Rules and Regulations.

If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff.*

Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
