The original hardwood floors are in perfect condition. It's a very quaint apartment. The kitchen has a back door so you can easily get to your barbecue or bicycle. There is an extra storage unit at no additional cost. Dogs are allowed as long as they aren't barkers!!! Like I said, it's a very quiet place!!!
