Hi there. Looking to rent out a room in my gorgeous renovated 1911 Craftsman Home in the Historical District of Oxnard. Internet and all Utilities are included as well as a cleaning service which comes every two weeks. I prefer a female. Sorry but no overnight guests are allowed. Also, I am not into smoking (not even in the yard.) There is a lease requirment which we can chat about. I am flexible on the duration. The house is beautifully furnished. If you need small furniture items for the room, I can loan you some: lamps, small tables, chairs. You would need your own bed of course. Full use of the entire house including both bathrooms. The kitchen is full of lovely dishes and glassware including crystal, all for your use, in addition to pots, pans, bakeware, etc. It is a peaceful and calm space. The washer and dryer use is free and I also have a fair amount of extra storage available on the property. There is a lemon tree in the backyard and the neighbors avocado tree hangs into the yard, so we can pick the avos in our yard. If you have any questions, please reach out. Thanks.
