Restrictions:

- NO smoking allowed in the premises.

Pet Restrictions:

Pet Screening Policy:

- Our Pet Policy requires that ALL applicants -not only pet or animal owners- complete their Pet Screening profile. If you DO NOT have a pet/animal you STILL have to complete your Pet Screening profile as "No Pet or Animals" which will be free of charge to you.

Property Condition:

- Property can be rented either furnished or fully furnished.

- FOR FURNISHED OPTION ONLY, utilities included: electricity (up to $350), gas (up to $100), water, trash, sewer, and internet.

- FURNITURE: property is rented only with the furniture and house accessories present in the property. Tenant/Tenant's Agent to verify inventory.

- Property is rented in "as-is" "where-is" condition.

Rental Application:
