• 10 x 10 private unfurnished room for rent
• Single tenant only
• Living area is furnished
• Shared bathroom
• Washer/dryer, internet, utilities included
• Complex has parking—the spot is unassigned, uncovered
• No smoking, vaping, or drugs
• $55 fee for (soft) credit check/background check, but lets meet first!
• Monthly payments can be made/scheduled through avail.co, which tracks payments for tax purposes, protects you with proof of payment, and for a $3.95 fee, can be reported to TransUnion to affect your credit score.
• Must be happy to live with 2 dogs and a cat! :) Theyre all seniors and well behaved other than the occasional barking
• Other pets not allowed unfortunately (tank animal probably ok)
• Need someone who is willing to petsit for money off rent on occasion
• Located 3 minutes from the freeway, making it quick to get almost anywhere in town
• 4 minutes from Washington Walmart

• Im 30 and work from home as a graphic designer. My office will be in my bedroom.
• I like to read, listen to music, watch TV, bake, play games, hike, and travel in my spare time.
• Im clean and organized, and will expect a roommate to have the same respect.
• I like to play music around the house but Im happy to pop in my earbuds too. And I like to have a glass of wine and dance it out sometimes, but am usually pretty chill.
