All applicants over 18 must pre-qualify their total income based on WSHFC guidelines to 60% AMI. We accept Section 8 Vouchers and Subsidy Rental Assistance programs!
1-person, cannot exceed: $61,560 gross annual income
2-person, cannot exceed: $70,320 gross annual income
3-person, cannot exceed: $79,140 gross annual income
Our minimum income requirement is two times the rent, & the ability to pay the security deposit equal to one month rent, the first month of rent, and the application fee of $50 per person.

+ $200 refundable deposit (per pet)
+ $30/ month pet rent (per pet)
Move-In information:
+ Application fee = $50 per person (non-refundable)
+ Holding fee= 25% of 1 month’s rent. This is paid after we review your paperwork and assume you will pass eligibility. Once paid, your application is submitted to compliance. If approved, this will go towards your deposit. If denied, you will be refunded within 7 days of the denial.
+ Standard refundable security deposit= 1 month’s rent
