Owners will share the shared spaces with renters on infrequent visits between September 1 - April 30th. 1 parking spot is available in the driveway for each bedroom renter (3 spaces total). Conveniently located between Frisco (mi) and Breckenridge(6mi) by the High School (Farmer's Corner). No pets. Renters will manage snow/ice removal from driveway and walkways and pay the gas/electric bill each month. Renters will supply their own queen-size bedding. Renters must pass background check and credit check. $1,000 deposit + 1st and Last Month's rent due up front. Lease ends 4/30.
