-Bathroom is shared with 1-2 guests
-600sf beautiful deck space & outdoor shower (shared with tiny house guests, typically 1-2 people)
-Dedicated driveway parking
-Living room, kitchen, and outdoor spaces are shared with all guests. You will be the only person living here full time, other guests will be short term
