Hawaii Life policies are that all adults must apply and there is a $30 application fee each. A full back ground check will be conducted and all adults must have a 650 credit score or higher. You will need to supply written proof of income 3X that of rent. Regular professional cleaning including windows and screens is expected. And, Tenants will need to carry liability insurance on top of rent which can be provided by tenant or purchased through Appfolio for $12.50/month.
