When submitting your application, you will need to provide at least the last three months worth of paystubs/proof of income. All applications must have income verification attached to be accepted. If the proof is not attached, we will not review the application.
• Monthly Income Requirement: Gross household income should be 2.5x the rent.
→ Accepted forms of income: pay-stubs, social security benefits, VA benefits, TANF, child support, etc.
• A minimum of two rental references is preferred.
• Once approved a $40 fee is required per adult to conduct credit/criminal/eviction report. The fee is $50 for out of state reports.
We DO NOT charge an application fee to turn in applications.
Once your application is turned in, we will check your landlord references, review your employment, and verify that your income is roughly 2.5 times the amount of rent.
Qualified applicants will be contacted when property is available to be view. A driver’s license is required to check out a key at that time. Please make sure key is returned within one hour of checking it out.
