Cats are not allowed.
Dogs will be considered upon the following criteria.
50 pound weight limit. No aggressive breeds. At least 18 months old. 2 dog pet limit. Vet records will be required to confirm all information. $200 non-refundable pet fee per pet. $20 monthly pet rent per pet. “Pet interview” with landlord may be requested. Only the approved tenant’s pet(s) are allowed in the home and in the backyard. No other pet type is allowed.
...APPLICATION PROCESS...
Each occupant and co-applicant 18 years or older must complete a separate application. The Application Fee is $55 per Applicant. The background check includes credit, criminal and eviction history. AVAIL credit checks are a soft inquiry, meaning pulling the report does not impact the tenants credit score. Have these items ready when you begin the application: Photo ID, Prior Landlord’s Contact Info, Income Verification/W2 or Paystub, 5 Years of Residential History, 5 Years Work History
